Assignments Delivered in Diverse Professional Contexts

The nature of certain translation and interpretation assignments does not allow the publication of the documents handled. MULTIPRO therefore prioritises the presentation of references, deliverables and results whose disclosure is authorised, while respecting the confidentiality requirements of its clients and partners.

Public Health — ANSS-SP / C19RM Project

The project carried out for ANSS-SP represents a particularly significant reference in MULTIPRO's language-services experience.

Within the framework of the C19RM Project, MULTIPRO provided translation and adaptation services for public-health content, including the translation of French-to-Kirundi awareness messages relating to MPOX (mpox).
Some of these contents, including information relating to MPOX and the disease referred to in Kirundi as “inkende”, were incorporated into public-awareness materials and disseminated and displayed nationwide.

The reference documents notably attest to an assignment involving the translation and adaptation of a manual, as well as the translation of messages from French into Kirundi. They also record the contractor's satisfaction with the services delivered.

This assignment illustrates MULTIPRO's ability to combine linguistic accuracy, contextual adaptation and public-health communication, making important information accessible to populations in their own language.
It also provides a concrete example of how language services can contribute to the large-scale dissemination of awareness messages with lasting social impact.

Training Materials and Audiovisual Content — PACEJ

MULTIPRO has experience in coordinating and delivering linguistic and editorial services related to training materials and audiovisual content, particularly in the field of entrepreneurship.

The company successfully participated in the implementation of the service order under contract BI-PACEJ-445130-CS-CQS, which included, among other activities, the translation of training manuals and the production of videos, audio content, and other training materials within the framework of the Project to Support the Improvement of the Skills and Employability of Women and Youth (PACEJ).

The content covered entrepreneurship and support for women and youth, requiring linguistic adaptation to facilitate effective use by the intended target audiences.

A Multi-Stakeholder Assignment Involving Specialized Professionals

The assignment was implemented with the participation and collaboration of several specialized professionals, including researchers from Research Centre for the Didactics of Disciplines and Knowledge Dissemination affiliated with Burundi's public universities, as well as other independent consultants.

Bochum Production participated as a subcontracted service provider for the video production component.
Within this framework, MULTIPRO contributed to the implementation of the assignment and collaborated with the various stakeholders, while assuming responsibility for the legal representation of the assignment and contract management falling within its scope of responsibility.

MULTIPRO also mobilized its own team of translators to deliver the linguistic services assigned to the company, complementing the expertise provided by the other specialized professionals involved in the assignment.

Multilingual Linguistic and Editorial Services

The source content was primarily in French. The linguistic services provided included, among others:
• Full translation of training documents;
• Translation of content extracted from videos provided as part of the assignment;
• Preparation of French-language summaries based on the main source documents to identify and extract the key elements required for script development;
• Translation and adaptation of scripts from French into Kirundi and Kiswahili.

The multilingual scripts prepared through this process were subsequently handled by specialized teams responsible for video editing and production, which carried out the technical production work.

This assignment demonstrates MULTIPRO's ability to contribute to multidisciplinary assignments, mobilize its own team while collaborating effectively with external specialists, and contribute to the development of multilingual training materials adapted to target audiences, particularly in the field of entrepreneurship.

Business, Trade and Import-Export

MULTIPRO has also carried out various language assignments in business, trade, customs-transit and import-export environments, including for GESECO and the Association of Burundian Customs and Transit Agencies.
These services have included professional French–English communication needs, in contexts where linguistic and terminological accuracy is essential.

This experience is situated within professional environments where understanding documents, exchanges and specialised terminology is an important component of communication among the various stakeholders.
As the documents concerned are not necessarily intended for public dissemination, they may, subject to the available authorisations, be appropriately documented or presented.
